Delivery time

Each item is handcrafted, made to order. I do my best to keep the lead time as short as possible, but it usually takes 1-2 weeks for manufacturing and delivery, depending on the item. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are free for mainland France and at the single rate of 8 euros to the rest of the world.

Delivery method

​

Shipments are made by La Poste via Colissimo delivered against signature, with tracking number. The tracking number of your package will be communicated to you upon confirmation of dispatch of your order.

Returns policy

​

Returns are accepted for any item, except for personalized or custom orders.

To return an article, contact me within 14 days after delivery (by email to ravenblakkparis@gmail.com or via the contact form on this site) and return the item within 30 days after delivery.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
